The company’s genesis can be attributed to the acute need of a consulting service providing
end – to – end solutions for the coal industries. The clientele for such services cute across
various coal consumers with allocated blocks who need solutions in different facets of mine
development. This is a pioneering step in taking coal sector consultancy on a well – organized,
professional services’ roadmap.

With the above in mind the company was incorporated in February 2008. The leading lights of
coal industries of the day joined hand to give shape to it. During it’s over 4 years of existence the
company has travelled quite far in the area of coal consultancy. Some of its founders have since
retired but continue to guide it scale new heights.

Apart from the technical reports related to mining it has a collaborative arrangement with an
accredited agency to prepare EIA/EMP reports as well.
